Isn't all of life a mystery though, when you really think about it? You buy a used car. Somebody could've farted in it or died in it, you don't know. It's a total unknown. How many licks are there in a Tootsie Pop, really? Way more than 3, certainly. Was the winning bingo number really B29 all along, sitting there in the box waiting to be plucked, or was it a Schrodingers cat situation of infinite possiblities until observed? And why is my toothbrush wet? Somebody in this house used my toothbrush! That's disgusting! I find myself yelling to nobody in particular, because the kids and wife are already gone off to school and work for the day. Will I ever find out the answer to this mystery? Probably not

Mystery: Does Narissa carry around her ears when she's in Starfleet mode, like Pel in "Rules of Acquisition"?

At this point, it's kind of pointless to the plot that she's infiltrated Starfleet, unless she turns out to be Number One to Captain Riker when he shows up to save the day after coming out of retirement.
