I'm embarassed to say that I know exactly who he is. The blonde guy from Survivor is Frankie Sullivan, guitar player, band leader, and co-writer of most of their songs.
I was such a fan of this band back in the day...

I don't know if roastees usually get one, but his was hilarious.

Of course they do, otherwise the whole thing comes off as mean-spirited. Gotta have the rebuttal so the roastee can take a few shots back at the roasters, and then say thanks, love you all, what an honor, etc...
