SMG to star in Buffy sequel series from Chloé Zhao

Writers either don't proofread their own stuff anymore, don't get their stuff proofread any more, or intentionally make little errors like that to drive us crazy and get clicks for corrections.
38 years of getting yelled at by Linda in QA for every misspelling on a chart or poster I made has ruined me for the internet.

SMGP attended Christian Slater's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony the other day, and, up until now, I didn't realize how truly tiny she is. Even in high heels, Slater still towered over her. I guess the magic of television made her look taller than she was.

Huh. I saw James Marsters in person once and while I'd heard he was short, I was surprised to see just how short he is. I was kind of wondering how they managed to have him appear significantly taller than SMG, and now I know. :p

Regardless of how this turns out - the thrill of seeing SMG and the Buffyerse back in production, on-set, actually happening is truly exhilarating for me.

I genuinely never thought this day would come, especially with Sarah back as Buffy. Happy day indeed.

Take with a pinch of salt - but the pilot desription below is doing the rounds (potential spoilers, obvs):

Nova, a 16-year-old bookworm, discovers she’s a vampire Slayer in a rebuilt Sunnydale, split between gritty Old Sunnydale and upscale New Sunnydale. During Vampire Weekend, a festival celebrating the town’s dark past, vampires Jack and Shirley emerge from a construction site, killing a teen and planning a ritual to raise a vampire army at the Cursed Circle...."

Maybe if the new series hits big we'll get a proper HD release of the original.

Yeah, I know. But it doesn't hurt to dream. ;)
