Smart phones: What's your data plan?

Yeah, I'd love to know on what planet you can get a smartphone plan with data for under $100 a year.

I use the Sprint $69.99 plan, which is unlimited data (including roaming), unlimited text, unlimited mobile calling (to any network), free nights and weekends (starting at 7PM), and 450 "anytime" minutes.

If I wanted to go to, say, Verizon, I would have to do this to get a comparable plan:

$39.99 for 450 minutes of talk time
$20 for 5000 texts (and unlimited VZW texting)
$29.99 for smartphone data

The total there is $89.98 and I still wouldn't have free mobile-to-mobile calling to other networks, and I would still have an upper limit for texting to non-Verizon customers (though I don't think I send 5000 texts a month, just more than 500 which is the next-lowest option.)

ATT Samsung Focus, 2GB plan
I mostly use it in wifi so I don't go through that much data . . . maybe 500MB/mo

Wind Mobile unlimited data $45/month
Mobilicity unlimited data $35/month (any of their voice plans + $10 for data)

These are in Canada, I've heard the coverage is a bit crappy, like dropped calls and dead zones around town, but if you are somewhere with a strong signal it's pretty cheap.

I'm mulling over these companies, or staying with Telus, voice + 1gb data for $55/month but solid coverage and no dropped calls. They also have the Blackberry Torch, the other companies only carry lesser versions.
