Lot better than I expected. 2 days till the wedding!!!

So Kandorians sent C-Zod & he merged with G-Zod...I had heard this rumor but whatevs.

Tess looked amazing and Lois is a ****. Tess mentioned Booster at the beginning and it made me feel good they didn't ignore the previous ep where she was missing.

Oliver is in search for the Bow Of Orion...next week looks better than I thought but still.

I see there is an unlimited supply of scotch in TPZ given Zod's speech.

I can just see Lana running into the wedding and saying "Clark, I'm healed!" Clark would superpush Lois into the next continent. I'm telling you, THAT'S how Smallville is going to end.

I thought it was good too. Flawed like usual but there's was some good stuff here. Oliver stabbing Clark, Clark using his brains, the return of Zod, lots of blood and fighting, Oliver hiding his secret from Clark, etc.

Clark mentioned Jonn and Bart too...the only Martian Manhunter reference/appearance we're going to get I'm afraid.

What a stupid waste of a filler episode to air right before the Season Finale, so many more threads they could have closed up, but instead we get this filler crap?

This did deal with Darkseid a bit...I wouldn't call it filler after seeing it but when I saw the description I thought it would be.

Yep it seems like they put like ten percent of season story arc into this episode...the rest was filler stuff. LOL.

They did not deal with Darkseid. They coulda put that useful 10 minutes into an episode that was also useful the rest of the 32 minutes.

Darkseid was the topic of conversation between Clark & Zod, Zod & Oliver, Oliver & Clark, Oliver & Tess. Not to mention omega symbols on Skulls.

for only having one more ep before the finale, not a lot was accomplished in this episode

Not whatever, this episode was complete rubbish. Now, I've been known to praise episodes when others have found them boring or not interesting, prime example last week's episode. However, this episode, it is just downright disgraceful that we are this close to the series finale, and there is no progress being made, no lose ends tied up, instead, they give us this crap filler of an episode, this close to the end, I throw up hands up and say WTF to the writers/producers of Smallville.

What else did you expect given how this season has gone? I am sure everyone wants more this close to the "Finale" but that ship has sailed. I am at the place where it doesn't matter what they do as long as the "Finale" is good...I have been this way for weeks now...I don't think this ep was as bad as you are making out to be...nor was it as bad as I expected it was going to be. You have a right to your opinion but Darkseid was touched on in this ep...maybe not how you wanted it but since there was no mention of Darkseid last ep and many eps before that...this seemed a step in the right direction.

Darkseid was indeed dealt with...not to the extent that he should of have been but stuff was in there. I should be quiet now since I've not seen the episode nor am going to.

As usual for Smallville a few brief cool moments surrounded by long stretches of nothing.
