Smallville Season 11, it"s happening...

I have predicted to @Admiral James Kirk elsewhere that I believe that Wally and Barry have been stuck in the Speed Force all of this time, and that Bart (who is actually Bart Allen, Impulse) has contained fragmented memories of these people, which is why he used their names as aliases. Miller will reveal that he's actually from the future, he's already implied that he arrived with a murky memory in an earlier flashback. Miller needs to write a Flash book now that he's proven he has a handle and care for the Flash mythology.

I wonder if Bart's arrival is tied to the coming Crisis somehow. Perhaps he was coming back in time to save his Grampa Barry from making that final sacrifice. I dunno though since neither Barry nor Wally were established Flash' in the Smallville U. Then again until recently we didn't know Jay was a Flash either.

I'm almost certainly convinced that the Flash stuff is tied into the coming Crisis. I'll concede that I could be wrong on a couple of things, but the way Miller has brilliantly woven everything together...I doubt it :)

Yeah, Crisises are historically tied to a Flash so I wouldn't be surprised if Bart had some key role in the upcoming epic.

One hero down. Another hero up. Two heroes leaving. Two other heroes reunited. Happiness and sadness intermingle to gives us one seriously bittersweet comic.

Just when I thought Miller couldn't write any better emotional scenes than the one he did with J'onn and M'Gann he goes and tops himself. TESS!!!! I want to hug this man...and the sequence between Chloe and Clark made me tear up...this man is brilliant. Also don't lose Jorge Jimenez, he's come so far since he first started on the book art wise.

I agree. We've been following those two since high school so seeing them saying goodbye and getting ready to move on had a very real emotional impact. I'm not ashamed to say that the ending turned me into a teary eyed pussy wimp. ;)

Yep...even though we know it's not a long term good-bye it still had me teary eye, and Clark's reaction to her pregnancy was exactly what I thought it'd be.

Am I the only one that wants to see them draw a Season 11 title sequence, just for fun's sake?

No longer will we have to settle for just a comic book... a Smallville spin-off is coming to CW in September!

The CW has announced today that Kristin Kreuk will be returning to the role of Lana Lang for a new TV series spinning off from where her character left off in the Eighth Season of "Smallville".

"I know what I need to do with my life now. Life is so precious, so beautiful and to be able to protect that, that's an amazing gift." These were the final words spoken by Lana in the episode titled "Requiem", which saw her leave Smallville due to being irradiated by Kryptonite.

The new series, titled "Face it, Lana. You're Amazing!" will see the super-powered Lana Lang roaming the world fighting against beauty pageant criminals, kungfu divas, kryptonite powered vampires, and talent show banshees.

"Face it, Lana. You're Amazing!" will debut on the CW in September 2013, however Tom Welling nor any of the other cast members from "Smallville" will make appearances in the new series due to clauses in their original "Smallville" contracts prohibiting them from appearing in any spin-off TV series.

Hmmm, not exactly more Smallville, and yeah, it's Lana, but it's still the Smallville universe back on TV, so it's something!
