Smallville Justice Society episode will be a two parter

But will the Justice Socity be 50s style casually racist and sexist, in a fun and wholesome way?

If a tv show based on SUPERMAN comics doesn't count as a superhero show, I don't know what does. And, at this point, SMALLVILLE has run longer than either LOIS & CLARK or the old George Reeves version. That's impressive.
I'm with Guy.

Smallville is a teen angst drama that pretends to be a superhero show but isn't. It's a teen angst drama with a little fantasy thrown in to keep suckers like me watching in the feeble hope that it will, one day, be a superhero show.

Hell, Supernatural is far and away more of a superhero show than this one. A real superhero has characteristics like doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do, not because he feels guilty about it. A real superhero will sacrifice himself on a daily basis to save others, not slink around in the shadows pining over a girl he could have if he just grew a set of balls. A real superhero is the exact opposite of Clark Kent in Smallville. As it stands, he's just some buffoon who has powers that crop up randomly when the writers feel like reminding us that he's, you know, supposed to be Superman.

At least this last season they've been trying to go that route. But after all these years of him being a dillweed, it's nigh impossible to make him look like a superhero. Especially considering Welling's "acting" chops.

Well for one I'm looking forward to this two parter any concept art on how they'll bring the Society to life Like Carter's Wing technology to DR.Fate's powers ,and StarGirl's powerstaff or different tech to explain her powers.
I'm glad that they're bringing back Phill Morris Martian Manhunter but should they use him to help Ka-El reunite himself with Jor-El or did he betray ZOD,and Zor-El to side with Jor-El,and Lara?

That's my take on this

Signed

I'm SO glad I never watched this show. Why have Superman without, you know, Superman??
There's a place for superhero soap opera. MARVEL. X-Man teenage angst makes sense. Superman?? Please.
