I voted good...I was getting a little board. I think that one ninja chick has powers under the yellow sun and carries blue kryptonite to fit in with Zod's people.

I'm sad that I can't participate in the live discussion with you guys...it seems like you have fun. NX...who's Kryptonite Woman? :) *did not exist in my continuity* LOL

We do have fun here, seemed like there were more of us when the show was on in the mid-week, but we still have fun. :)

Yes...Kryptonite Man in the comics...but I was referring to my old rant that Lana's good bye video should be her exit. I liked when the show was on Wed and Thurs, I could participate sooner in the thread than in my usual day or so gap.

Wow...I just watched it and geeked out big time through the whole thing. Given that it's only the third episode of the season that I've actually watched since I've skipped the last four this is my favourite. You would think that the resistence with all their intel would remember that Kryptonite Woman is out there somewhere...but then when has Smallville ever followed their own continuity properly?

I'm surprised that the Kandorians never located the Fortress of Solitude. Clark says that he left to train to fight Zod...I assume that he left them to go to the Fortress and was still beaten by Zod. Seeing the Legion ring on Lois's finger was pretty cool, I still want that ring damn it. Tess was hot in her military garb...and I didn't like Callum Blue's acting during this episode. Something seemed off and repulsive about him...not Zod like at all. Rebel Clark was cool...we see how Alia gets Jonathon's ring which was pretty lame but a nice "Superman" moment. Chloe's death scene was..ugh...her death back at the end of season six was much better acted by Allison and now she's died twice with Lois present lol.

Is that Ollie's new costume that he's supposed to be getting later this season? It didn't look like it. Also a mention of the Justice League would've been nice as well, even if it was just a mention. Like the Kandorians taking them all out.

The ending was...VERY COOL IMO...and unexpected. "Kneel before Kal-El!" I'm even more curious to see how the finale turns out now. Feb...Absolute Justice!

How stupid is it that Clark still cant come clean to Lois in the Future. EVERYBODY else knows. ITs like a Fucking Joke. Lois has to be the dumbest box of rocks ever...

best scene ever with Chole dying though lol

Equal to Lana's departure from the show in Season 8!

:techman:

Not as good as Lana's departure when she became Kryptonite Woman because we know she can't come back now.

shouldn't have lana been the bane of all the kandorians, come on... they couldn't even get near her without passing out... supies may have lost his power under the red sun but that shouldn't have stoped lana from helping out.

Well, um .. it was interesting. I think it's one of the worst performances Mack has ever given. She does not do "tough" very well at all. I laughed a number of times.

I fully expected her last words to be, "Oh ... my ..."

Zod has to morph into another actor. The casting director really blew this one. He looks like the butler pretending to be the boss when the boss is out of the house.

Of course, they shall name Lois' child Sela.

I'll give this one an average. Would have been a "good" without the Chloe-Nut.

Wow did the Kandorians infiltrate construction crews as well? How the hell did they get that tower built so fast. I've seen it take more then a year for a flippin Dunkin' Donuts to get built.

Meh. Fairly disappointing really. The future scenes were pretty derivative ("On Smallville? Surely you jest?!") and a fairly weak attempt to connect the various images we've been presented with since the premiere. The directing, acting and dialogue didn't do much to interest me either. Pedestrian is Smallville's usual standard, but they usually try a bit harder with big event episodes and I just didn't feel that here.

This gets an average from me.
