I voted Super that was the bomb diggity of Smallville episodes!!! Next week looks tamer. But this week was sweet!:techman:

Really good ep. I wonder if they'll go further off canon and have Clark tell Lois. Kara's right. Lois could handle it. She'd be dying to write about it, though.

I voted 'Super' as well, that was great.

Thanks again to Highlander for hosting us this evening. See you guys again next week.

This one gets an excellent from me too.

Something still feels "off" about Mrs. Tessmacher. I still kind of wonder if she might be Lex in drag/or after a sex change.

Awesome!

First off, very cool with the Kandor reference, especially since that is the current storyline for Superman with New Krypton.

Overall, this episode was strong on a lot of levels. We get the backstory for Doomsday. I thought linking him to Zod was strange but from what I've read about DD's backstory, about how he was created, it's a good fit and I can't wait till this storyline comes to a boiling point.

Very nice to see the lovely Laura Vandervoot back on my television screen. It was nice that they finally used her well here. I can't blame her for leaving Clark. I know I would too. After being wasted the last few weeks, Tess was put to good use here. Loved her scene with Lois of Zod. So was Oliver and Brianiac Chloe.

The only thing that annoyed me is this Ode to Lois Lane that TPTB insist on shoving down her throat. The only reason she got that job is because the clone editor wanted to bang her. Honestly, if she were eliminated from the show, I think it would actually improve dramatically. Another point of annoyance was Clark getting another beatdown. He hasn't fared too well against the House of Zod.

We've seen lex in drag......it was not pretty

Well it was fun as always. See you all next week (and some of you on Monday). If I'm not working that is.:p

Kara: "I'm leaving Smallville."

Clark: "Yeah, I know you aren't even in the opening credits anymore."

Daily Planet...

Lois: "Tess gave me a raise for killing her security guard. I don't remember doing it, but I'll take the money."

Mercer: "Why didn't Lex trust you?"

Clark: "That shitheel never trusted anyone...bitch, he killed like 12 people including his dad, you should feel lucky to be alive...I mean...uh...I have nothing more to say about it. :shifty:"

Later at Crazy Shit Happens General Hospital...

Zod Jr.: "Oh, wow. Now steel can't kill me. I'm gonna try drinking myself to death next."

Personally, I thought Rosenbaum was the best looking of the three in that movie.

(Granted one of the others was Harland Williams, so...)

I can't wait for the 5 epsiode Lana arc this season. It's gonna so annoy you people!!! And i'll love every second of it. :>))

You know, I actually think this might happen. I said last week that I really wouldn't mind it at this point and I'm starting to wonder, if there's a season 9, that they'll resurrect the famous frame from Superman #75 as the last shot of the season.

Also, after seeing the promos for next week, I'm more convinced than ever that they're gearing up for a BRAINIACHLOE versus Clark duel. Seeing as how the Construct and Doomsday are both Zod creations, I'm sure they'll spin it such that it was "meant to be."

I think you're right. Davis has been saying all season that he was drawn to Chloe. Regardless of Chloe's feelings for Jimmy, she's drawn to Davis, too. Now, we know why.
