When Oliver is poisoned, he starts having flashbacks to the period when he gained his archery skills... and met Tess. Meanwhile, Chloe has to make a decision which surprises Clark.

Someone refresh my memory on Tess. Did we see her before the season premiere? I faintly recall from last season some female aide to Lex who appeared a couple of times during his search for the whatzit that could control the Traveler. Was that her?
