Great ending! This really felt like a Justice League episode and parts of it were epic.

Though the Justice League stuff was excellent. Deathstroke/Hawkman was yet another SV fight better than Clark/Doomsday.
Yes.
It's so sad to see a character we've seen like twice in the whole series die. And who, himself, said will live again. Man. If I wanted a story like this I'd go to church.
Well, we already had a visual metaphor to the crucifiction at the end of Season 9 when Clark fell off the building after commiting hari-kari.
Agree with you on all three counts, DP. It's a shame that the entire JL couldn't be onhand for the funeral, but I suppose that the PSW doesn't want to put all their eggs in one basket. I'm guessing that will occur in the finale... Hopefully.

Hey Jet! Good to see you! And I agree, this was an excellent ep, overall.
This one was a good episode for the action scenes I gave that a superman,but what was unexpected was the death of Carter Hall/Hawkman I guess Michael Shanks was only in a few episodes this season now we have a break,but what's going to take Smallville's place or is the CW airing repeat episodes until Luthor in January sometime so I can have it on tape?
I love the funeral scene of Hawkman so Egyptian even the pyramid that knocked everybody out I'm assuming a form of an regeneration beam that resurrects Carter Hall,and his wife,and they help Clark/Kal-EL defeat the darkness,but that's asking for too much of this show to ask Michael Shanks to reprise his role.
It was a good role for him so don't count him out in terms of returning.
Anyway its been a good season so far until next year.

I voted 'Superman', something I haven't done since 10.1, I think. My only major complaint was the continued presence of the incredibly annoying Cat Grant. Hopefully, we'll be spared the torturous sound of her nails-on-chalkboard voice in the remaining 11 eps when the show returns.
I guess there's still some life left in this show after all.
