Of course Hawkman had to die while saving Lois the Great but the Hawkman/Darkseid fight and the jump from the building was pretty damn cool.

Yes.
It's so sad to see a character we've seen like twice in the whole series die. And who, himself, said will live again. Man. If I wanted a story like this I'd go to church.
