Doing "edgy" versions of Clark (like Kal and now Alternate Clark) really does show some of Welling's acting range. He's good in roles like this.

If only there was some mineral that occupied 90% of the deposits of the local earth that could be grabbed and used to stop Superdouche's powers!
And, I don't think Welling's acting here is bad. I think it's quite good. (So comparing him to Garth Knight/The Hoff is unfair.)

John Glover. Short of a scantly dressed Uma Thruman the only watchable thing about "Batman and Robin."
Even Welling's "Clark-Prime" acting in this episode is good.
