The CW's Official Description (Posted 9/13/10): DC COMICS’ CHARACTERS DEADSHOT, CAT GRANT, CARTER HALL AND SHAYERA APPEAR — After Lois (Erica Durance) departs for Egypt, the Daily Planet hires a new reporter by the name of Cat Grant (guest star Keri Lynn Pratt) to take her place. An assassin named Deadshot (guest star Bradley Stryker) takes aim at Cat but Clark learns the man has a dangerous hidden agenda that involves The Blur. Meanwhile, Carter Hall (guest star Michael Shanks) turns up in Egypt to keep an eye on Lois and he tells Lois about his wife Shayera (guest star Sahar Biniaz). Glen Winter directed the episode written by Jordan Hawley (#3X6002).

Well the Cat/Green Arrow scene is funny and I want to see Clark's "new suit". I guess getting Deadshot is closest to the Batman universe we will get.

I used to use Kryptonsite's episode summaries for these threads when I filled-in but last week when I tried to do that I almost had a seizure and stroke trying to find a useful blurb for the summary.

Actually I think the closest we'll get to Batman is Green Arrow since he's essentially what they would have done with Bruce. Gotham was mentioned in the pilot as well I believe.
