Sleek, sexy & streamilned- TOS, TMP refit, or AbramsPrise?

None of the above I would say, since none of the three ships fit all three descriptors; I would call the XI Enterprise sleek and streamlined, but only to the XI Enterprise, and I wouldn't call any of them sexy (I would give that to the B, D, and E to varying degrees).

But since we ARE talking about the TOS ships, then the Star Trek XI Enterprise wins in any contest of aesthetics, provided we're talking about the exterior. And interiors too really, barring engineering.

TOS was my first love, but I have grown to love the new Enterprise as much or more. The new E is the muscle car version and I am a car guy, so it is a good fit.:techman:

Dude... :techman: I can't argue with that - so I'll go along with it and merely echo your sentiments...

Lonh time lurker but first time poster... Recently found my way back to the forums. Figured I'd post my opinion here too!

For me, the best version is the TMP ship... The balance just seems perfect, it looks great from any angle you give it, it improves on the original without destroying its classic design. I do love the original as well, but the refit just seems to fit that much better.

The JJprise on the otherhand, I don't much care for. I love the saucer, but I hate the secondary hull. The nacelle struts are too far back, the undercut too large, the neck seems like its almost coming out the middle, putting the dish too far forward.. The nacelles are too fat at the front and too close together... The balance just seems to clash too much with what I'm used to to fully accept it as a ship worthy of the name Enterprise. I will admit some angles, like the rear and front views, look good. But the TMP one looks good no matter how you view it. Anyways that's just my opinion but at least I've backed it up. :)
