The most amazing invention I've seen for a while. Third degree burns are healed totally in a few days, with no apparent sign of scarring.

The long and short of it is that they take stem cells via the person's own skin, create a solution, using the skin gun they apply the solution to the skin, and after 3 or 4 days, totally healed, new skin.
