It's more of the attitude that I use from the movie than the phrases. When Kirk realizes he must go save Spock he doesn't care about anything but helping his friend.
That moment, when the admiral tells Kirk, "If you'll do this, you'll never sit in the captain's chair again." And Kirk doesn't give a damn and tells Scotty to "Go." That attitude for caring for others is what I try to use from the movie.
