Silent voice

When we first heard the silence in Pandorica Opens, they sounded a lot like Palpatine/Darth Sidious from the Star Wars films.


Kind of funny since when we see them later, they sound a lot like Sidious's henchman General Grievous IMO.


Star Wars comparisons aside, is there any reason for the different voices? Granted, monsters have changed voices in WHO before-The Cybermen have several different types of voices, Silurians have changed a lot, even the iconic Dalek voice has been altered here and there throughout the years.

Silence returning later in the season, maybe we'll finally get some motivation and explanation for the aliens.

We have no evidence that is the Silence speaking in Pandorica Opens. True, the voice says 'Silence will fall' but does not mean at all that they said it. I think there is a big bad we have not seen yet that was the voice in PO. Yes and they do sound like Grevious in IA/DOTM.
