Shows you would like to see come back that were cancelled.

And with respect to the show it got butchered a bit with edits on channel 9, watching the show many years after on disk you notice a lot of the stuff that was cut for television. Changes whole episodes
Yes. I can't remember much from when it aired on channel 9. Most of viewing for Farscape came from the DVDs that I have.

Too late because of passage of time for the leads, but of the top of my head I would have liked these shows to come back when there was still a chance:

"MillenniuM"
"The Others"
"Mysterious Ways"
"Firefly"
"Angel"

I don't believe Disney has any control over it. The Jim Henson Company co-produced the show (with...Hallmark Entertainment) and I'm pretty sure they still own the rights to the show.

The Jim Henson Company retains certain properties, like Labyrinth. Disney didn't get everything. It would be up to the interested poster to look up what properties TJHC retained.

Sorry I meant that the story in season 4 seemed all over the place, that's what I meant by mangled

Gotta disagree here.

Season 4 really is just a Dystopian Thriller - akin to Terminator - told from the POV of the leader of the resistance if that person had been captured and brainwashed into forgetting that they were resisting.

Flashforward - great novel concept, ended on a cliffhanger

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles - was just getting good, would have been fun to see the rise of Skynet across a series

Jericho - there's a continuation comic but I'd still loved to have seen an on screen ending

Altered Carbon - fun concept, interesting cyberpunk world-building

Stargate Universe - at least Stargate's coming back now!

The Sarah Connor Chronicles. John Connor trapped in the future, no allies, no reputation as THE John Connor to trade on, just his wits. How does he get home? Was he actually as critical to the survival of humanity as everyone said? Can we finally see one of those crappy rubber-mask terminators? Hell if I know.

Also Defiance, but mostly because if there was a season 4 to promote, they'd release a season 3 soundtrack.

I sympathize with the people saying Farscape, but having come to the show pretty late, only a few years ago, and having the Peacekeeper Wars and comic continuation right at my fingertips, I was satisfied with how it all wrapped up (honestly, I liked the comics better than PKW, since it didn't have the "We're obviously condensing what would've been a whole episode into one conversation" and "actor availability is sporadic, so we're swapping two different people into this scene and hoping it isn't totally obvious" aspects; well, I suppose the latter kind of happened in the comics with the Nebari inexplicably being replaced by a new race).

I agree The Peacekeepers War suffers from obvious condension but I still love it as a strong conclusion to the series. Plus, there's the fact for those of us who watched it at the time were still smarting from the abrupt cancelation on a cliffhanger after being "promised" a fifth season (long story...). Hell, I'm smarting from that experience. Either way, that mindset plays heavily for how we view the miniseries, even when acknowledging certain flaws.

I also love the comic continuation and if that remains the only form of more stories, I'll be happy with it.

But I love to watch more crazy stories on screen with (almost) all of the actors.

What would have been interesting is how Catherine and her faction of good Terminators helps John since that's where we were left at the end of Sarah Connor Chronicles. I liked that there were factions in this version of the story and that some were allied to helping the resistance.

I loved Defiance but yeah 3 seasons and a hasty wrap up. I played the game for a long while and kept in touch with all that stuff when it was new and according to what the show runners wanted, they wanted 4 seasons and the 4th one would be set completely in space and wrap the whole story up. But we never got that and I think it would have been amazing.
