Should there be an ALL-ANIME network? and would you watch?

There was an anime channel in the UK & Ireland on Sky TV called Anime Central, but it folded pretty quickly due to poor ratings. Its website is still running here.

I'd watch if it had pretty artwork and understandable storylines (they can be a bit cryptic).

Planetes is quite gorgeous and an excellent, character driven and down to Earth, hard science fiction show. It's based on real science and real physics and I was quite impressed with the show.

I have to ask, how come Japanese women have such *small* BOOBIES!? I mean you'd think with all the tofu they eat & knowing what's in said tofu (estrogen) there bust lines would be ''bustier''?
