What dangers, if any, should Spock Prime tell the Federation of the NuUniverse?
Nomad?
Doomsday Machine?
V'Ger?
Praxis?
Talos IV?
Some of those threats are headed off pretty easily. Just give the Federation Council the stardates and a description of the solution, and lives are saved. Others, such as V'Ger, require a specific type of individual to be in the right place at the right time. Who knows what Will Decker is doing in this universe? Praxis exploding may not happen anyway if the Klingon political scene is different.
The first couple of things that Spock tells them should be minor phenomena that do not harm anybody to overcome the skepticism barrier. Once he is proven right about some things, he is more likely to be believed.

There's nothing to "change." We aren't talking about messing up the timeline because this isn't Spock's timeline. So there's no ethical issue here. Spock should just do whatever is "logical" and will safeguard the most lives.Which other facts should Spock Prime pass along? How far should he go in changing things in the NuUniverse?
The Prime Directive applies to pre-warp civilizations. Maybe you're thinking of all those timeline rules and regulations. Since Spock didn't travel w/n his own timeline, they don't apply either.Spock would be breaching the Prime Directive if he revealed information.
The timeline is already pulped in most dramatic ways. Who is to say what is meant to be from this point onwards?
