ok, enough with the funny, I am seriouly considering filing a lawsuit against the Michelob brewing company, I bought a 6 pack of thier amber bock dark Lager, and now my throat is swolen, I have an allergy (non fatal, knock on wood) to tree nuts and nowhere on the case or bottles is there an allergen warning GRRRRRRRRR

IIRC they have to have these allergen warnings on the bottles.

But in order to sue you've got show damages. How are you damaged?
