He's not breaking the law, as far as I know. If it's bothering you that much, ask him to wear larger shorts. Secretly videoing him and posting it on Youtube is just ridiculous.

That guy does that pretty much Mon/Wed/Fri. for about 20 minutes for the past few months! That's rediculous. I'm not suffering this alone anymore!

I've always had working/sporting dogs growing up so that's what I'm used to. Of course it also means managing a 90 lb beast.

We had some toy dogs in our dog classes that were a blast. I don't think I've spent any time around a Maltese though.
