sorry if theres already a thread about this but cant see one..

You candidly write about how the two of you lost touch a few years back. How hard was that to put down on paper and share with the world?

-It was very difficult. I played with the idea of not sharing it at all. But the story isn’t complete until I talk about the tragedy of our losing touch. - See more at: http://www.startrek.com/article/wil...-trek-past-future-part-1#sthash.FjAizjfN.dpuf

And its arrival Down Under noted in "New Acquistions", with a pic.

Nimoy declined involvement in Shatner's "Captains" documentaries, then caught Shatner's team secretly filming him during one of Nimoy's last convention appearances.

Does anyone know where the money from this book is going after the publishers and the like have taken their cut?

Same as with any normal book, as far as I can tell; I've been looking around and I haven't found anything referencing proceeds being sent anywhere.

Is there a reason why you'd expect proceeds to go somewhere other than to the publisher and Shatner (if he earns out his advance)?

Honestly yes, but that is due to my own personal opinions on such matters and the like after someone dies.

I'm not all that far into the book, but it seems, not surprisingly, that the book is as much about Shatner as it is about Nimoy.
