Shatner/Nimoy interviews on set of TOS

Very cool!

I hadn't seen either one of these before. I found it interesting that Shatner used the standard Hornblower description for the Enterprise and its mission that early on. I also was surprised that Nimoy had been in LA since 1949.

^^^^I was amazed by these. These may be the very first filmed interviews they had done for Trek, made even better by the fact that Trek had not aired yet. :D Though the quality isnt very good on them they would have made nice extrason dvds.Im still puzzled where they came from. I doubt stations kept these types of things back then.

I've seen those vids before. I love them! It's so nice to see Shatner and Nimoy before they became the stars they are today. I don't think neither could have even imagined back then which impact this series would have on their lives.

[I wonder what Leonard Nimoy's mother thought of the role of Mister Spock ...]

Cool.

Very interesting to watch when back then they did this for a bit of money, especially now that Trek is as big as it is.

Cool find.

These are great to hear. The Nimoy one is a real treat as Nimoy seems very relaxed on camera, and comes off as very humble. Very cool vids. Saw these a long time ago-great to see again.

^^^^Interesting read. I still think there wasnt much of a fued, just a sibling rivalry type of stuff that happens to everyone in the work place from time to time. Im sure there were really very little if any harsh words said.
