Obit in the papers for Vladimir Shatalov, who effectively flew three out of four Soviet spaceflights in the late 60s: Soyuz 4/5, the first docking; Soyuz 6/7/8 (which was supposed to be a docking with the third ship filming it), and Soyuz 10 (docked to Saluyt but couldn't get in).

And, despite of all of the risks he took, he lived to 93... Salutes and vodka served to your right!
Might have died earlier (though probably not, as no Cosmonaut has died since Soyuz 11), but he was promoted and grounded.
