Thanks, I used it last season, trying to show a progression of non existence (can't establish lock) to actually moving beyond the universe itself just like the Ancients did when they ascended, moving from no flight, to flight, to space exploration past our own solar system, to other galaxies, and then to the Universe as an analogy to SGU, then to Ascension, following the path of the Ancients.

Also, I love how they keep undoing the dramatic turns of the previous episodes within 5 minutes of the next one.

Also, I love how the writers have done nothing to improve the pacing of the show.

It'll be slower than usual due to the new time slot. Friday night meant that more people were free to discuss the show after catching up with the rerun without worrying too much about the next day, but since it's Tuesday, people will be more inclined to watch it later and get some sleep instead.

Not bad, I enjoyed it.

I was expecting a little more out of the season premeire though.

I'd really like to see Young be more useful occasionally. I really liked him at first, but now half the time it feels like he is out of control and just along for the ride.

Not sure what I think of the Chloe DNA thing, too soon to tell.

Honestly I'm glad the baby is out of the picture, on a show like this it would just be a bore to deal with plotlines about raising a kid, and at that age on TV they are not much more than a prop or something to put in danger.

So for me, not a bad start but not the best either. I'm really more interested in how things are set up in the next episode since tonight was really just about tying up the cliffhangers.

So know we will probably get an episode about the LA guys led by Knepper trying to retake the ship. Also I wonder what will happen with Telford, LDP is to expensive for them to keep as a regular.
