With their long association with Michael Moorcock, almost anything by Hawkwind is SF&F related. I enjoy it more than I probably should. Perhaps I need to get me an orgone accumulator.
English folk-rock band Steeleye Span did an album called Wintersmith based on material from the Terry Pratchett (a big fan of the band) Discworld novel of the same name.
From the niche band "Shakespear's Sister" (probably best known for "Stay"), an interesting ditty titled "Catwoman". Not to be confused with DC's infamous cat burglar, Selina Kyle, this tune describes an alien seductress hailing from Earth's oversized, natural satellite.
Dorky as it may seem, I can easily imagine the lead character, Mzzkiti, from my long defunct web-comic absentmindedly humming this as she goes about her duties, getting ever more "into it" until she finally notices her crew-mates staring at her near "bump'n'grind" routine.
I don't know if this is the kind of thing you're talking about, but I'm a big fan of the Trek themed band, Warp 11.
They're stuff tends to be a bit crude and definitely NSFW, but it's fun.
She Make it So
Everything I do I do with William Shatner
One of my favorites from a more mainstream band is Imagine Dragon's Radioactive
Yes were another band who had phases of major SF&F influence, most famously paired with Roger Dean's cover art. Jon Anderson had a very successful album with a theme apparently based on the same mythos of a civilisation having to seek a new world after their homeworld fragments. Yes also did an excellent title track for the game Homeworld back in 1999.
I'm not a big fan of the Friday the 13th franchise, but this is pretty great. NSFW for some mild nudity and blood.
Janelle Monae's just released sci-fi short film/music video compilation Dirty Computer is absolutely brilliant. NSFW for brief nudity and some salty language.
Demon Days by Gorillaz is pretty much all an SF dystopian nightmare - especially the video of Shaun Ryder's decapitated head forced to sing for Noodle's entertainment.
"Walk without rhythm and it won't attract the worm" is a reference to Dune, of course. How about a flying Walken?
