Cyborgs only count if the biological part is not in control. So, Borg yes, DC's Cyborg no.
As usual, don't make your entries larger than 200x200 pixels and/or 1 Mb in data, also keep it safe for work, and if your entry gains consciousness and tries to kill us all, you screwed up big time.
