Listen, one of the first females I ever "noticed" the moment I neared puberty was Sarah-Jane Smith. Lis Sladen has never failed to do it for me.

Also, if the frame of question involves older actresses, or actresses who have since aged, I'd say Nicola Bryant has aged like fine wine...

Nicola is very hot, for sure, but doesn't qualify as a sexy mum.
