"Younger" doesn´t necessarily equal "better" IMHO - especially when it comes to women 
Jeri is still beautiful. 
Yeah she looks really fantastic.
I mostly know of Jeri's work through Voyager only, except I did see her in some Dracula movie around 2000 or so. Based on what she did on Star Trek, she has the talent she could easily shift into character parts. On one of my many rewatches of "Body and Soul" lately, her imitation of Robert Picardo's character made me think she could easily play comic fussy old spinsters and schoolmarms.

My confession: In "Dark Frontier", after the holodeck drill to raid the Borg ship, there's a long scene of just Janeway and Seven walking nearly the full length of the main corridor, starting just around the corner from the cargo bay set, and ending just outside engineering (which isn't shown). I just put it on extreme slo-mo (16x on my machine) and watch them walk. A few times.
Oh, resistance is futile, all right.
I liked Alice Krige & Susanna Thompson but Seven is my Borg Queen!
For agile and sparkling versatility, she really shone in "Infinite Regress" as well. Pretty darn impressive!!
Unless you're talking about some Novels Mirror Universe Bullshit.. She's only a Borg Princess, which is a completely valid life choice.
