There may be some dups, but i also see set variants for the Defiant for instance (say including the Transporter for the early transporter).

So on Discovery does the Mess Hall also function as the quarters set and all they do is slide out walls when needed?

In season 1 yes, in season 2 I remember reading somewhere talk of modifying it so that now they expanded it so that they don't need to slide out the walls as much.

Lt. Washburn has worked on cleaning up the recent "Journey to Babel" stage plan. First version has speckles and artefacts removed. The second version was cleaned up further by removing shooting schedules, removing unreadable blueprint legend, and cropping.

You should keep the episode number because I consider this a snapshot of the Enterprise during that episode.

I have been working on building the 'back bay unit' as it is called on the Jenolan Blueprints. It is the thing behind scotty during the last scenes on the Jenolan. It is also behind the transporter panel of the Enterprise A in Star Trek 5 and 6. It is also in the engineering section of the Hathaway. They also used the prop a bunch of times on the Enterprise D in the labs. I was wondering if you could make a blueprint if it using the Jenolan and Hathaway blueprints. I have already done some research on this I could provide it for you. Including an image that scales up the Hathaway image and the Jenolan image.

Currently I am working on the runabout cockpit blueprints and focusing purely on that.

I don't do requests as I prefer working on my own projects at my own pace.

There's really not much specific to the episode beside the redress of Kirk/Spock's quarters for Sarek. My cleaned up version is meant to be a sort of general overview of the sets, at least from the standpoint of season 2.
