^Wow, that sucks. I'm in Australia, assuming we got it at the same time as the UK. You could probably get it on amazon or something though rather than via iTunes. Or maybe get it "elsewhere" and then pay for it legitimately later.

It's not just iTunes. It's not available in the US yet at all, and if the Wikipedia article is to be believed, not until November 5.

As I mentioned above you can still listen to the score on Youtube, someone uploaded it earlier in the week. That is how I've been listening to it so far.
