When I heard that the finale was going to be a "feature-length" episode, I figured it would be two-hours tops. But two and a half hours? Wow.

And man, did the finale need every damn minute! So many storylines, so many character beats, so much love had to be covered and relatively tied up in so little time. The finale may have wrapped up things a little too-neatly, cut a few too many corners, short-changed a handful of storylines to get to the end, but I don't care. The whole event was beautiful, and as the title says, love conquers all.

And of course it all ended with a massive orgy...and the multi-colored dildo.

I clearly need to watch the whole show again (and I meant to prior to today but I ran out of time) because there were a few non-cluster supporting characters that I didn't quite recall so the impact of their return fell a little short for me. Either way, if this is the final goodbye for Sense8, I'm content with what we got.

    Here's hoping!

Yeah, going with "Amor Vincit Omnia" may have had some people googling though.

    * Strapon (there's quite a difference...)

    Hoping for more episodes too.

And um, did anyone else catch Bug at the back of the orgy?

Just interesting to see how many poly relationships we've got going now.

Er, yes, that's what I meant. Stupid brain. :o

Yeah, I noticed that, too! I immediately thought "How did he get in there?!"

Yeah, I thought about that during the wedding scene. Not just so many poly relationships, but no one really batting an eye, especially after Nomi's mother had that brownie.

I loved that bit. Wouldn't help with my parents though.

An orgy needs at least 6 people, that one was 15...(I almost said over twice the entry requirement and my brain took way too long to catch on)

I'm not sure 'left' is the right term. He wasn't involved in the writing of the finale due to other obligations. Once the show was cancelled, he accepted other assignments. He remained Executive Producer and presumably had some input into the final product but the exact details haven't become public.

That's so awesome. Really cool to see some of the cast members joining in with the fans on stage. :D

I'd hold that against you if your new avatar wasn't so cool

In a way destiny thrust this one upon me too, so I guess... yes?

Klingons count for two so as long as you had one all's good. :techman:

I was told 6. Then again, after 4, whose still counting?

Love the sentiment. Was too old for the show, I think. Call it evolution lag. But again--Love the sentiment.

    MAKE LOVE, NOT WAR.
