See, All You Guys Had To Do Was Ask

Sorry, dude, but I look damn good in a tux. I'm also an acquaintance of John Bourgeois's, so I can drop his name into the conversation and maybe get a smidge of respect.

Justin Timberlake was the one who convinced Mila Kunis to accept Sgt. Scott Moore‘s video invitation to the Marine Corps Ball, and now Moore’s fellow Marine is asking JT to be her date. Cpl. Kelsey De Santis asked Mila’s Friends With Benefits co-star to accompany her to the gala on Nov. 12!
:rommie: Do it, J.T.!

I thought this story was awesome and heartwarming 'til I saw the video of the ask. Sorry, but the guy looks and acts like a tool. If I were her, I'd have said something along the lines of "I'd love to, but I have a rule about only accepting dates from people not wearing sunglasses."

Sheesh!

Let us bask in the hotness of Mila Kunis.

Update...

"I got an invitation to a completely different ball; apparently there are multiple balls," said Timberlake, prompting Kunis to joke: "Marines have a lot of balls."

Timberlake then quipped: "We want to pay honour to our country and embrace their balls."

Kunis added: "We are attending both balls. Separately. But together.... Do you think we can combine the balls?"

Timberlake responded: "I'm pretty sure there is protocol with Marine balls..."

And here's something else...

The response...

I am deeply flattered and truly appreciate the invitation, as everyone knows I love a man in uniform… but unfortunately I cannot accept, as I will be taping an episode of Hot In Cleveland. Love, Betty White.

Probably. She's pretty famous and has been since at least the 1970s when she was on the Mary Tyler Moore show.

Well I recognise her, even though I never wached the Golden Girls, I caught the odd snippet here and there when it was on.

The Golden Girls was one of the best sitcoms of the late 80s. It was to the foibles of middle aged - elderly women what The Big Bang Theory is to the foibles of 30-something geeks.

Betty White played Rose, a ditz from Minnesoooooooooooota. Her straight-faced telling of malapropish stories of her upbringing only served to make the show that much more funny.

^ Yes.

Scarlett Johansson got an invite, but turned it down, sending champagne in her place. Miley Cyrus also got an invite. And Linda Hamilton is inviting the guy who got turned down by Betty White.

I'm impressed cos I never thought he'd go. Mila is still in line to go to hers as well isn;t she?
