Section 31 technology

Can anyone suggest some things operatives may carry around as standard issue. Naughty illegal things to help get their jobs done.

No matter how absurd. I'm looking for ideas for a fan film about what tech they would carry or have available.

So far I have thought of quiescent ultritium shells. They have no energy signature until activated. And can br transported as seemingly harmless equipment

I'd highly doubt any operative, and especially any FIELD operative, would carry anything around as a standard issue. They're conspiratorial super-spies, and as we've seen their greatest weapon is literally the information they carry around in their heads. So, if anything they'd all share Sloane's suicide implant and otherwise carry around whatever is needed for the job.

Oh, and their snazzy "look at me, I'm in black leather and therefore evil" outfits, of course. :P

I agree.

Imagine there was a ship with a secret cargohold then full of section31 equipment. What goodies would they have?

Overrides for magnetic seals on doors. Some of those weapons (remat detonators) that kill you in transport (as used on one of Kira's old Resistance buddies in The Darkness and the Light).

The Last Unicorn Games RPG sourcebook Raiders, Renegades & Rogues had some likely bits of kit, including a small device that pumps out a type of energy that destroys all forensic evidence, then fries its own circuitry. Plus isolinear overrides for bypassing security systems.

I agree that what information they "mentally" possess is a large feature of the Section Operatives, then...

Given the various methods of invasion into the mind (mind meld, electronic display of content, other, even reanimation) that something like a Thelaron Capsule would be available. Not only to just kill the Operative, but destroy the tissue as well, rendering any memories/content unavailable.

A suicide pill of sorts, and could be sized appropriately to kill the inquisitor as well.

Some sort of unnoticeable way to activate technology remotely - including those "parlor tricks" that were used in "Devil's Due" to create soundless transport and other fancy or subtle effects. Perhaps a brain implant, perhaps just a button or other such mechanical switch hidden inside the body.

All the actual technology would be stashed away from the eyes and hands of potential enemies (that is, everybody not in S31). Remote control transport would provide the agent with it when needed.

That strange rifle that transports bullets would be adopted by them--as well as phase cloaks bioweapons

"Strange rifles that transport things" were already seen in shady hands in TNG "Gambit"; I'd think S31 would love any and all disappearing act technologies...

That Projectile Phasing Rifle, also showed up in DS9.
I think it was renamed the "Peeping Tommy Gun".
