Secret behind T'Bonz's long life

The rather large amnnouncement on the side of this board is proclaiming that it is T'Bonz 201st birthday. This is strange because I thought she was around the same age as me and I don't remember there being a big 200th celebration last year.

It is now obvious to me that T'Bonz is very old. Does anyone know what her secret for long life is because I want a bit of it if I can?
