Season 6 on iTunes?

Does anyone have information about Season 6 coming to iTunes?

That's the way I got Season 5, and I don't have access to "regular" TV.

Apple has nothing posted yet about this and I'm starting to get worried.

I don't know how long of a wait there is to buy it on iTunes, but I believe that they will once again be available through Amazon Unbox within 24 hours of the episode airing on BBC America.

I don't see why iTunes wouldn't have Series 6. They have the past 5 seasons, after all, so why would they stop now?

Well, we're almost 2 weeks out and there's still no announcement on iTunes to subscribe to the new season, so I'm getting a little nervous.

If you check the iTunes store and Search on "Doctor Who Season 6" you will get a hit. Season 6 Season Pass is available for purchase.

Just curious, as I've seen a few people cite this as why they use online options. I'm not asking for intimate details (which violates the rules of the board anyway), but do you live in an area that doesn't have television, or do you work on a remote job site somewhere? Or do you simply not own a TV (which is something I'm hearing more and more these days)? (Of course even if you have a TV, that doesn't mean you have access to a cable channel like BBCA anyway!)

Just popped over to the Canadian iTunes and it's "by episode only" and they've got "The Prequel to Episode 1" as a free HD download thus far.

I just bought the Season 6 pt1 pass of us ITunes, and I will be watching The Impossible Astronaut in a little while. I don't get BBCAmerica, and I'm to impatient to wait for the DVDs so I've done ITunes this season and last.
