I felt no need to vote for Lore this time, because he only appeared at the end.

Also, The Borg are not listed because they won season 2.

Personally, I consider Gul Madred a shoo-in for this one.

No love for Romulans (none were bad, Toreth had her moments). Or Lore. I didn't like Lore's new direction and DESCENT seems like a comic book storyline. LORE AND THE BORG TEAM-UP!
