I remember in one of the first season 3 trailers to be released months ago, there was a brief scene of Georgiou in starfleet uniform saying 'let's see how this plays out shall we?' in a tone that doesn't sound like it's coming from Mirror-Georgiou. The scene in question wasn't from when we last saw Georgiou in Starfleet uniform in 'People of Earth'. I'm wondering if whatever has been done to Georgiou is making her more like her Prime universe counterpart and we're going to see her back in uniform and possibly in command at some point.

Remember that they will have a lot of takes and filmed bits of scripts that don't make it into the final cut of the episodes for which they were shot -- but they will happily use short clips to fill out a trailer and they can select brief shots of events of lines from characters make it all sound more interesting.
This is most likely the case, but so far every shot used in the various trailers has appeared in an episode. I guess I just think we're in for a massive curveball with Georgiou. I've been suspecting for a while that the Section 31 show isn't happening and that she will be remaining on Discovery.
The upcoming two parter is written by the creators of the S31 show. I wouldn’t count it out yet.

I don't see the promo when using the Android TV app. I do see the promo when using an iPad or desktop browser.
