Season 2 Theatrical Event Date Revealed

Question to those that saw the Season One TNG event in theaters.

Were the behind the scenes footage shown BEFORE the two episodes or AFTER the two episodes. Fandango lists the event at a pretty long 2 hours and 30 minutes, and I would like to leave as early as possible, so it would be very nice if the two episodes were shown first!

As I recall it was shown in the middle of the two episodes.

Were the behind the scenes footage entertaining to watch?

Damn, well I guess I will have to stay for the whole thing if they show the episodes the same way for this event.

It was for me, but I love that kind of stuff and it played a big part in my decision to by the sets.

I really hope they show Measure of a Man first before Q Who. Save the big action episode for later. ;)

What was cool though is the sort of made a shorter edit of all three docs into one 30 min doc...so there was still much new stuff to see at home on the set.

The theater showing is this Thursday night!

I hope people will be posting their experiences of the event here. There really wasn't a topic for that for season one.

Now the big question will be will there be another theater event for season 3?!

If they do you just know that they'll have BOBW Part 1 be the last of the two episodes to be screened leaving us dying to see Part 2.

Well I had intended to watch the original cut of "Measure of a Man" last night to refresh my memory but I didn't get around to it. I'm still pretty confident I'll recognize the extra scenes despite how long it's been since I last saw it though.

I missed the season 1 event, but I'm catching this tonight. Fingers crossed that the visual effects don't stand out as horrible. In-N-Out Burger and then TNG, in my case.

Out of the whole experience, I'm interested in seeing how they incorporated the new footage in Measure of a Man, especially the establishing shots which they had to create new.

I've just decided I'm going tonight. It's a good tide-over until I get the set at Christmas time and I missed the first one. I'm actually looking forward to this.

I went for season 1, I'm going for season 2. Both times: straight from work to the movie theatre!
