I love that the first step in Dukat's grand revenge on those who had wronged him post-Waltz was essentially to make an early morning "your mother" call to Kira.

Whatever the episode's flaws, that's quintessential Dukat.

Well, since we know for sure that he had at least two. Not to mention the gul's remark that it wasn't the first time that he had seen that little drama played out. he even knew the words by heart " I only hope you won't condemn us all for the boorish behavior of one man."... We can easily infer that he had quite a few, still any number of mistresses would be dwarfed by the total number of bajoran women on the planet. I wish you could get that. I really do.
