Spoilers Season 1 episode previews, trailers, and images

Maybe I'm wrong, but my read on the scene and teaser for next week is that M'Benga and Ortegas somehow retain their identities and pair up to solve what's happened. Ortegas hits her head and M'Benga seems woozy when he's on the way to the bridge. Maybe some kind of cerebral interference prevents them from getting sucked in?

I'm also hoping this will be an Ortegas showcase. It's high time! And I'm also looking forward to seeing Olusanmokun play some comedic notes and Chong and Mount in particular get to play against their typical characters.

I'm looking forward to this.

Sorry, Ortegas. How would you make this name plural or add possession btw? Ortegas’ Ortegass, Ortegas’s, or Ortega’s baring in mind that if it was put in quotation marks It would look like ‘Ortegas’’ ‘Ortegass’, ‘Ortegas’s’ or ‘Ortega’s’? What about Ortegases or Ortegi? :shrug:

BTW, the registery on the crashed Constitution class ship seems to be NCC 1300, though I could be wrong as it is hard to make out.

This looks SO much fun! I love that many of the costumes seem more Italian Renaissance influenced than the typical fairy tale ones. And Chapel looks like Cinderella!
 
Will this be a Monster of the Week Kolchak-style? Gorn perhaps? They're examining the ship in person, so scans from orbit must be out or inconclusive. Will it be a hunt to find survivors before the monster does?
 
I think this shot is from the end of the episode
towing the USS Paragrine behind them lol. The nacelles and pylons appear to be bent and there's no lights on on the ship behind them, I think that's a tractor beam glow.
