Searching for Klingon terms

Cannot find this in the Klingon dictionary or online references.

I need a word for "toady" "brown-noser" or "ass-kisser". Or "sucking up."

Also, a term for how Klingons, during the hostile period (prior to TUC) would refer to Federation personnel generically. I was just calling them "these Federation" which worked for me, but both of my beta-readers objected, so I better listen.

The Klingons of that generation often seemed to associate the entire Federation with humans and their homeworld, using the term Earthers or Earth men... at least that's the impression I came away with from TOS.
