Scrubs - "My Jerk" & "My Last Words"

Figure that I could start a new discussion for the latest episodes (which you can see at abc.com).

"My Jerk" - Okay stuff, though I really liked that moment between Cox and JD when they both admit they are tired. I am pretty sure I know where this series will end up and I think that this is some of the set up. The new Chief was okay, sort of a sexy, friendly Kelso. I did laugh at her entrance as even JD knows it is a bit trite by now.

"My Last Words" - This was a fantastic episode. Glynn Turman was absolutely fantastic as George. He really went one step beyond. I hope that when I go, if I am alone, I will have two doctors like that comfort me like JD and Turk did. Plus "The Steak Song"!

They were both good episodes. I'm glad ABC is giving this show a chance. I know there is a little buzz about maybe keeping it going after this season. As long as the only one leaving is JD, I think it could work. AND as long as they don't try replacing him. Turk, Carla and Barbie are more than enough to carry it.

Eh...if JD leaves, the series should end, especially if the plan is to shift to focus to one of the new interns. All of 'em suck, so far.

I love Jo! Especially her flings with the chubby.

I'm beginning to like Ed. His one line in "My Last Words" about the meaning behind "recognize" sold me on him. I don't think any of the interns are enough to carry a show at the moment but I'm begrudgingly starting to like Ed.
