Scotty quote and episode?

Hi. I'm a newbie here. Please excuse my ignorance, but a co-worker and I are trying to find an specific episode where Scotty tells Capt. Kirk that "he's given it all she's got" and then talks about the dilithium crystals. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!
