I guess I might have to rewatch Conan sometime, because I've seen it and I don't recognize those scenes. I'm assuming you mean the Arnold one and not the Jason Momoa one.

Right. The guy in the first one is James Earl Jones' Thulsa Doom, Arnold is the guy having symbols painted on his skin in the second one.
