Good point. I think, given the UK government's idea that sex education should now begin at 5 years of age, and given Stephanie is now the world's oldest-looking 8 year old (honestly, she's 17 going on 52), it should discuss the important themes about growing up, adolescence, and mature attitudes towards sex.

Plus it should feature Robbie Rotten in a pimp suit.










Anyway, I digress.

So yeah, 80s cartoons as future adaptations. M.A.S.K. can finally get the treatment it richly deserves.

I hate 99% of all remakes, if the only stuff they can come up with a remakes of Logans Run and GI Joe then Hollywood can go F*** off . I'll go read a book or watch classics or Asian horror movies or something else

With GI Joe coming to cinemas, there's a whole seam of 80s cartoons, mostly sci-fi and fantasy, to be mined for big screen adaptations and/or TV series reboots.

What it will take is for a NEW franchise to be born that inspires as much excitement and enthusiasm as Star Wars did back in 77. Lord of the Rings brought the sandals and sword epics back...

I think it was Gladiator that did that.
