Saw it again. Some new thoughts.

Five seasons; they'll probably be around for a while and you can collect them one per month or two or something. Since they're half hour shows, they're not big seasons.

Yeah, but this is 1960s sitcom seasons. That means none of this 22 episode crap -- those are 30 episode seasons. :)

I was incorrect -- there are six seasons of Hogan's Heroes. (I think I was thinking of five seasons of Wild, Wild West.)

I can't find my Season 1 box, right now, but:

Hogan's Heroes:

Season 2 = 30 episodes
Season 3 = 30 episodes
Season 4 = 26 episodes
Season 5 = 26 episodes
Season 6 = 24 episodes

But they are still not big boxes, since they are 1/2-hour episodes.

I use Firefox. I click the edit button here, then under the white edit box bottom right, there are several WHITE buttons, one of which is a delete button. White buttons.

Maybe it's Ubuntu. When I click edit, I only get 3 boxes, save, go advanced and cancel. The delete button isn't there.

Here's what I see:

It's not Ubuntu; it's just the TrekBBS permissions structure. You'll begin having the capability to delete your own posts once you pass 1000 posts. I'll fix the one upthread for you, if you like.

^ ^ Something like that occurred to me; but you weren't a complete newbie, so I didn't bring it up. I thought the threshold would be more like 50 or 100 posts.

i had a thought going back to the 800 saved.
in the back of my mind was a space station.
i finally placed it when the brain knocked forward out of the blue the narada
kelvin incident was on the edge of klingon federation space.
they may have been near one of the listening outposts perhaps even the one seen in star trek the motion picture.

Who says there weren't also escape pods on the Kelvin, in addition to the shuttles?

Since the shuttles were just tiny dots in the scale of that shot, then escape pods might not even be visible.

I think it's been established that all ships have had escape pods, from the NX-01 to the Voyager. I see no evidence that the Kelvin did NOT have escape pods. ...

the nx-01 had life boats but we never did see them.
and yeah it could have been pods,,,
i do like the idea there were carrying colonists.
that kirk's father saved not just the starfleet crew but a bunch of civilians
could add even more to what he did.

Saw the movie two weeks ago, absolutely loved it. I really wanted to see it again but we got the times mixed up this past weekend and ended up seeing Obi Wan save the Omniverse instead.

I'll be trying to see it again this weekend, hope it keeps doing well box office wise.

PS. I loved the lens flares.
