Saving the doctor/ a few epsoid ideas

I have 2 epsiodes ideas and a way to get him revived.
First off all the master was able to be reincarnated so why cant you find the doctors dna and then be reincarnated the say way as the master.

Secound i dont want to write a miny script so ill just do a basic way. And i know that its breaking the doctors rules. and hay remember accidents happen inside the tardis like the parrell worlds or its destruction.

The tardis lands either inside its slef on accident or it lands on itself the doctor has to find a way to hid it from himself.

The doctor has to break a very important rule. never cross his own timeline. In order to save the world he has to back in time and fix something with himself a few times. Or somthing like that where he again needs himself for help ( pandorica opens/big bang 2)

If we are talking about the regeneration limit. Possible ways to go

1.>All time lords where given a new cycle(s) at the star of the time war
2.>Just have him regnerate for a 13th time and say something along the lines of "This wasn't supposed to happen" You could either handwave it or try to explain it as due to his extended time travelling the time vortex. or the universe needs him to try and seek balance.

It means those specials (Time Crash, Time and Space) are easily found on the internet. They've been there for YEARS. (Ok, Time Crash has been.)
